David Sheffield - From a "doomed" beginning to a destiny of influence, ambition, and public service!

From a kid that was supposed to die before reaching adulthood, to a man who served his community with passion and purpose! David was born into small-town Texas life. He was raised by parents who taught him morals, values, personal accountability, and discipline. He was told throughout his childhood that he would not live very long. As a result of losing his fear of death, he learned that nothing was truly out of reach. With great ambition, David decided to become an accountant and an attorney. He parlayed that education into a long career of public service by being elected to Hardin County Attorney. He served in that role for 16 years. He was  then elected as the District Attorney for Hardin County Texas. While David may seem meek and soft spoken, behind his huge smile is a man determined to make his mark in our world in every way possible!
